Net-m privatbank 1891 is one of the oldest private banks in Germany, having been established as early as the 19th century. Up until 1999 the market-listed public limited company conducted business exclusively as a local all-purpose bank. In 2012, the bank became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japanese NTT DoCoMo Group and is able to leave a mark on the national and international payments transaction market with approximately 25 employees at two sites in Germany.
